Silva C. Eddicks: Beaches and coastline, salt marshes and fields, and a stunning dune landscape—against this unique backdrop, guests will find everything they need for the perfect getaway. The highest level of living comfort and a connection to nature are the core elements of the design concept. Living in the heart of a diverse natural area without sacrificing comfort sets new standards in the vacation property market. And the upscale amenities are designed to enhance that feeling of coming home. Ultimately, my goal is for it to be at least as beautiful as your own home.
Ms. Eddicks, how does nature find its way into the living space?
Silva C. Eddicks: The 77 modernly furnished apartments, featuring open-concept living spaces, panoramic windows, and a choice of rooftop or dune terraces, offer a holistic experience of nature. It all begins right at the front door: Baltic Sea sand, groynes, and dunes define the look of the property’s own terrace and create seamless transitions into the surrounding landscape. The light-filled rooms feature state-of-the-art amenities as well as high-quality, durable materials. After all, guests are invited to stay and live there. The fabrics on the sofas and beds, for example, feature a special coating, allowing housekeeping to remove stains with minimal effort. The interior design draws on textures and colors found in nature. Various shades of blue add maritime accents; green accents blend with the view of nature outside the window; the dune landscape is echoed through the addition of warm sand tones; and panoramic windows offer privileged views of the diverse flora and fauna.
